Plastic Surgeon since 2004, he is Senior Consultant in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at the Instituto Português de Oncologia do Porto Francisco Gentil, E.P.E. . His work focuses mainly on breast reconstruction, head and neck surgery, and the treatment of skin tumors. He regularly participates in multidisciplinary consultations in these fields, combining clinical and surgical practice with the mentoring of younger surgeons. He completed his training at Hospital de São João, complemented by international microsurgery training at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taipei, Taiwan. He holds postgraduate training in Oncology and Molecular Medicine and is the author and co-author of several scientific publications in national and international journals (ORCID: 0000-0002-5574-4459).
