The billing information provided by the participant must be accurate and complete. Invoices will be issued in accordance with applicable tax laws.

Unless expressly stated otherwise by the organization, registrations are personal and non-transferable and cannot be transferred to third parties.

Participant substitutions are only permitted with the prior and express authorization of the organization.

In case of participant no-show, no refund may be given, unless otherwise decided by the organization or applicable legal provisions.

The issuance of certificates of attendance, participation, communication, presentation, or other type of proof may depend on meeting requirements defined by the organization, such as registration validation, actual attendance at the event, participation in sessions, presentation of work, or other applicable criteria.

The organization reserves the right to define and validate the criteria for issuing certificates.
