Dr Bahram Dezfoulian is Assistant Professor at the University of Liège and Senior Staff Plastic Surgeon and Residency Program Director in the Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Maxillofacial Surgery at CHU de Liège.

He graduated in Medicine in 1992 magna cum laude and completed his training in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery in 1998, also magna cum laude. With nearly 30 years of experience, his practice includes reconstructive, aesthetic and hand surgery, with extensive experience in microsurgery and breast reconstruction, including perforator flaps, latissimus dorsi reconstruction, implant-based techniques and autologous fat grafting. He also performs functional panniculectomies for massive abdominal panniculi in patients with severe obesity at CHU de Lille.

He is a Board Member of the RBSPS and a member of ASPS, ISAPS and ESAPS. He is actively involved in postgraduate education, residency training, national certification juries, and the organization of courses and congresses.
