Abstracts must be submitted in Portuguese or English.

The title and text cannot contain trade names.

It should not contain any references to the authors’ affiliation or institution.

Submitted abstracts must be original and have not been presented or published prior to the date of the meeting.

All communication with the authors will be done electronically (email), therefore, the email address of the author responsible for the presentation must be provided (any inaccuracies will be the responsibility of the authors).

After submitting your abstract, you should receive an automatic confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at eventos@lab52.pt.

The secretariat will inform you of the acceptance or rejection of your abstract via email, as well as the technical details for the presentation of your work.

The Scientific Committee reserves the right to select the work and its presentation format (oral presentation or e-poster).

Title

Abstract (up to 2500 characters) including Introduction, Description, Discussion, and Conclusion.

It must be submitted using this form.

Only abstracts submitted by 11:59 PM on July 30, 2026 will be accepted.

The authors who submitted the abstract will be notified of its acceptance (and respective format) or rejection by email by August 15, 2026.

A certificate of participation will be issued for each abstract submitted and accepted.

A jury appointed by the Organizing Committee will select the best works.
